The Service is offered "as is" and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Eligibility

Beyond the medical disclaimer above:

• The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any reliance you place on Service content is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
